Sloppy Joes
From Gem's Vegetarian Cooking
- 1 box Fantistic's Sloppy Joe Mix (available in most grocery stores)
- 3/4 cup Pasta Sauce (I use Prego)
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 4 Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns
Mix the water and pasta sauce together in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the sloppy joe mix and simmer for about 5 minutes (don't add the ingredients the mix tells you to). Label the mixture on top of toasted hamburger buns.
