Washington Blueberry Muffins

  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Soda
  • 1 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 Eggs, or 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Beat butter and sugar, add 1 egg at a time and vanilla, Add dry ingredients and yogurt. Fold in blueberries. Bake 350degrees for 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown. Makes 1 dozen.
