Vegetarian Chili

  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cups carrots, sliced
  • 2 cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cans black or pinto or great northern beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes (original)
  • 10 oz pkg frozen corn
  • 1 tbs chili powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 pkg George Washington Broth
  • dash onion powder

Boil ingredients 20 - 25 minutes. Serve with cornbread.
