Vegeburger Roast

  • 1 can Vege-Burger
  • 1 med onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup pecan meal
  • 2 tbs bread crumbs
  • 3 eggs (or 6 egg whites)
  • 1/2 cup oil

Mix all ingredients. Place in greased 8 inch square casserole. Place 2 bay leaves on top. Pour 3/4 cup warm water with 1 tsp Vegex. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
