Tomato Juice

  • tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Dip tomatoes in boiling water to loosen skins. Bring tomatoes to boil on stove, simmer 10 minutes. Add 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp lemon juice per quart. Put through sieve.
