Tofu Patties

  • 16 oz tofu, firm
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbs carrot, grated
  • 1/4 cup nuts, chopped
  • 2-3 tbs chicken seasoning
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 tbs brewers yeast
  • 1 tbs wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup oats

Mix all ingredients and shape into patties and fry. Serve with cranberries.
