Three Citrus Ice
From Gem's Vegetarian Cooking
Adapted from Lou Seibert Pappas' Ice Creams & Sorbets
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup Agave Nectar (light corn syrup would probably work as a substitute)
- 1 1/2 cups Orange Juice
- 1 1/4 cup Grapefruit Juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Mix everything together and transfer to ice cream maker container. Freeze in an ice cream maker following the same procedure you normally would. Note: This seem to take extra long to freeze in mine.
Makes about 1 Quart
