The Big Mac

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 med onion, minced
  • 4 tbs evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tbs soy sauce

Mix ingredients together and fry in oiled skillet. Cover while cooking 1st side uncover for 2nd side.
