Stir-Fry

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbs cornstarch
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 3 pkg George Washington Broth
  • 4 tbs ginger, grated
  • 5 garlic, minced
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • broccoli
  • carrots
  • green onions
  • mushrooms
  • tofu (or dinner cuts)
  • water chestnuts

Combine water, cornstarch, soy sauce, broth and set aside.

Saute ginger, garlic, and 2 tbs soy sauce then add vegetables, tofu, and sauce.
