Scrambled Tofu 2
From Gem's Vegetarian Cooking
- 24.6 oz (two boxes) of Mori-Nu Tofu, Silken Style, Extra Firm
- 1 tbs canola Oil
- 1 sm onion or 1 bunch of green onions
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 4 tsp McKays Chicken Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
Heat oil in skillet and saute onions till soft. Crumble tofu and add to onions. Add seasonings and stir-fry until tofu is nice and firm.
