From Gem's Vegetarian Cooking
- 11 oz White Chocolate Chips, melted
- 1 tbs Butter
- 1/3 cup + Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs*
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
- 1/8 tsp Orange Zest
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg, ground
- 1/8 tsp Ginger, ground
- 1/8 tsp Cloves, ground
- 2-3 packages Wilton White Candy Melts
Mix all the ingredients together except the Candy Melts. Make into small balls, and dip into melted white candy melts.
* This can be made gluten-free by finding the gluten-free graham crackers and pounding them into very fine crumbs.
