Potato Salad

- 6 cooked, peeled potatoes - cubed (about 1280 grams)
- 1/2 Cup sweet onion or green onion - chopped
- 1/2 Cup celery - chopped
- 1 can sliced olives
- 1/2 Cup diced dill pickle
- 1 Tablespoon chicken seasoning
- 2 Tablespoon salad dressing (or mayonnaise) to taste
Add all ingredients except salad dressing. Mix well. Add salad dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
