Pecan Pie filling

  • 3 Eggs well beaten
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup White syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1 Tablespoon melted Butter

This will make one nine inch pie. Fill empty unbaked pie shell, and bake in 350 degree oven for 40 - 45 minutes or until set. Each Pie will serve six.

Note: I had trouble with this filling at high altitude. Need to test again.
