Peas with Cucumbers

  • 10 oz peas, frozen
  • 1/2 med cucumber, peeled and cut in chunks
  • 1/4 cup water

Combine peas and cucumber in 1 1/2 quart casserole; add water. Cover and bake with oven meal in 325 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Season as desired with butter, salt, and pepper. Makes 4 servings.
