Panda Bear Brownies

  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 Cup oil
  • 2 eggs, or 4 egg whites
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 Cup flour
  • 1/2 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl. Beat at low speed for 2 minutes. Spread onto greased 9 inch square pan and bake 25 min. Cool completely. Spread Almond Cheese Frosting (for Panda Bear Brownies) over bars. Chill 15 min. Spread warm glaze evenly over cheese frosting and chill another hour before slicing.
