Oriental Cabbage Salad

  • 20 oz petite peas, thawed and drained
  • 1 large head cabbage, shredded
  • 6 green onions, chopped fine (just green tops)
  • 1 1/2 cups almonds, slivered and toasted
  • 4 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 pkgs Chicken Top Ramen, break up noodles
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 6 tbs sugar
  • 6 tbs lemon juice
  • 2 pkgs Top Ramen seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Put together and add dressing, almonds, and Top Ramen Noodles right before serving.
