Oatmeal with Almonds, Raspberries, and Blueberries

  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Soy Milk
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup frozen Raspberries (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup frozen Blueberries (unsweetened)
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbs sliced Almonds

Mix water, soy milk and oats together in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 3 minutes on 1/2 power. Stir and microwave for another 2 minutes on 1/2 power.

Mix raspberries, blueberries, sugar and almonds into oatmeal. If eating immediately, microwave an additional 2 minutes.
