  • 2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 4 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 lb frozen french cut green beans
  • 10 oz can of Chai-Pow Yu (gluten)
  • 1 can tomatoes, petite diced
  • 2/3 cup coconut milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
