  • 4 cups vital gluten #14140
  • 1 tsp season salt
  • 3 tbs brewer's yeast flakes
  • 3 tbs McKay seasonings
  • 1 tsp garlic and onion powder
  • 3 cups water

Combine flour and just enough water to make a heavy dough. Cut in 4" rounds boil in broth for 30 minutes.
