German Sweet Chocolate Pie

  • 1 pkg (4 oz) German sweet baking chocolate
  • 1/3 cup milk, divided
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 8 oz cool whip, thawed
  • 1 graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz)

Microwave chcolate and 2 tbs milk in large microwavable bowl on high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time. Stir until chcolate is completely melted.

Beat in cream cheese, suagr and remaining milk until well blended. Refrigerate about 10 minutes to cool. Gently stir in whipped topping until smooht. Spoon into crust.

Freeze 4 hrs or until firm.
