- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Combine in small sauce pan, cook and stir over medium heat 12 minutes. Add 1 1/3 coconut and 1cup pecans. Chill until thick enough to spread.
