Fresh Fruit Cobbler

  • 6 tbs butter, unsalted
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Fresh fruit: peaches, berries, apricots etc.

Melt butter in a 9 X 13 pan in oven on or microwave. Mix flour, sugar, milk and baking powder. pour around in melted butter. Place fruit on top. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Makes own crust.
