  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 tbs yeast
  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp salt

Mix water, sugar and yeast together. Set aside until bubbly.

Add remaining ingredients. Beat with dough hook (kitchen aid) 5 minutes. Turn onto counter, kneed 2 minutes by hand. coat with olive oil, cover with Saran wrap. Rise until triple in size (up to 3 hrs). Punch down.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease pan with olive oil. Press dough into pan with hands. Brush generously with olive oil. Sprinkle with rosemary and salt. Bake until golden brown 30-35 minutes.

Remove bread from pan. Brush top with olive oil. Slice into small squares.

Spread - cream cheese, dried tomatoes with olive oil, fresh basil.
