Cornmeal Griddle Cakes

  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup cornmeal
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tbs oil

Combine dry ingredients and liquid separately then together. Fold in egg whites.
