Coconut Syrup

  • 8 oz unsweetened coconut milk, canned
  • 8 oz coconut, sweetened and shredded
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Combine in small, heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes stirring occasionally

Transfer to blender and puree until smooth.
