Cashew Burger Casserole

  • 20 oz vegeburger
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup cashews, chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown rice, cooked
  • 2-10 oz mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into Pam'd casserole. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
