Carob Icing

  • 1/2 Cup margarine
  • 3 Tablespoon carob, or 4 Tablespoon cocoa
  • 6 Tablespoon canned milk, or regular milk
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pound powdered sugar

Mix together all but sugar. Bring to a boil. Add sugar. Beat until smooth and pour on Carob sheet cake while hot.
