Breakfast Wheat Cakes

  • 3/4 cup wheat, soaked overnight
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

Blend milk and wheat 3 - 5 minutes. Add egg yolks and blend one minute longer add oil, salt, and sugar. Mix well. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Good when served with apricot sauce.
