Beans and Rice

Source: Mommy Logan

  • 1 can kidney beans (don't drain)
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped (do not drain)
  • 2 cups brown rice, cooked
  • 1/2 onion, sauteed
  • 1/2 green pepper, sauteed
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Combine and warm in oven.
