Wheat Oil Pastry

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cup white flour
  • 7 tbs ice water
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Mix flours and salt. beat water into oil until it is cream colored. pour all at once into flour mixture; blend gently until crumbly. Roll between wax paper.

(Bake 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes)
