Swiss Cheese Sandwhich

- Whole Wheat Bun
- Swiss cheese
- Tomatoes
- Avocado
- Sprouts and/or spinach (optional)
- Garlic salt (optional)
- Add more vegetables if feeling inspried. Roasted eggplant might taste nice.</i> </ul> Cut the bread in half and place cheese slices on one side. Toast for a couple of minutes until the cheese has melted. Slice tomatoes and avocados and place on top of cheese. Add sprouts or other ingredients. Lightly salt with garlic salt.
