Scrambled Tofu 2

  • 24.6 oz (two boxes) of Mori-Nu Tofu, Silken Style, Extra Firm
  • 1 tbs canola Oil
  • 1 sm onion or 1 bunch of green onions
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tsp McKays Chicken Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric

Heat oil in skillet and saute onions till soft. Crumble tofu and add to onions. Add seasonings and stir-fry until tofu is nice and firm.
