  • 3 tbs oil (sesame seed and vegetable <li>2 cups onion, finely chopped <li>3 garlic cloves, minced <li>1/4 tsp cayenne pepper <li>4 tsp garam masala <li>1 tsp ground cumin <li>1 lb frozen french cut green beans <li>10 oz can of Chai-Pow Yu (gluten) <li>1 can tomatoes, petite diced <li>2/3 cup coconut milk <li>salt and pepper to taste </ul>
