Fruit Salad with Yogurt Sauce

  • 1 medium Apple, unpeeled and chopped
  • 1 medium Pear, unpeeled and chopped
  • 1 medium Banana, sliced
  • 2 tbs Walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tsp Orange Juice
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Orange Peel
  • 3 oz Plain Nonfat Yogurt (about 6 tbs)

Lightly toast walnuts.

Mix together orange juice, sugar, orange peel and yogurt.

Mix together fruit, yogurt mixture and walnuts, divide into 2 bowls and serve.
