  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 juice of lemon
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbs parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbs chives or scallions, finely chopped (optional)
