Pumpkin Truffles

  • 11 oz White Chocolate Chips, melted
  • 1 tbs Butter
  • 1/3 cup + Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs*
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • 1/8 tsp Orange Zest
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg, ground
  • 1/8 tsp Ginger, ground
  • 1/8 tsp Cloves, ground
  • 2-3 packages Wilton White Candy Melts

Mix all the ingredients together except the Candy Melts. Make into small balls, and dip into melted white candy melts.

* This can be made gluten-free by finding the gluten-free graham crackers and pounding them into very fine crumbs.
