Potato Salad

  • 6 cooked, peeled potatoes - cubed (about 1280 grams)
  • 1/2 Cup sweet onion or green onion - chopped
  • 1/2 Cup celery - chopped
  • 1 can sliced olives
  • 1/2 Cup diced dill pickle
  • 1 Tablespoon chicken seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoon salad dressing (or mayonnaise) to taste

Add all ingredients except salad dressing. Mix well. Add salad dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
