  • 1 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1 1/2 cup yogurt or buttermilk
  • 1 med clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup scallions, finely minced
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup parsley, finely-minced
  • to taste salt
  • 1 dash cayenne
  • dash paprika and tamari
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
