Corn n' cheese Pie

  • 1 can whole corn, drained
  • 1 1/2 cup swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 medium onion, diced and sauteed
  • 2 tbs flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Bake at 450 degrees 10 minutes or 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until set in center and firm.

Double recipe for 10" pie plate
