Coconut Balls

  • 2 lbs Powdered Sugar
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
  • 28 oz Coconut
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 7oz jar Marshmallow Cream
  • 56 oz chocolate flavored melting candy or tempered dark chocolate*

Mix well. Make into small balls, and dip into melted dipping chocolate.

Here is a dairy-free version to try.
