Braised Green Beans with Soy and Sesame*

Excellent green bean recipe. This recipe has a distinct Asian flavor and would be good with tofu, Asian noodles and/or rice. The recipe gives the choice of chicken or vegetable stock. I highly recommend using Imagine's Organic Vegetable Broth unless you have some good homemade stock. I used fresh green beans but I suspect that frozen green beans would work fine. I also used soy sauce with reduced sodium.

Since I didn't change this recipe at all, I don't feel comfortable copying (though a Google search will probably reveal the recipe). However, you may be able to borrow the cookbook from your local public library.
