Adapted from Jackie's Best Marinara Sauce Yet

  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes, drained
  • 4 tbs chopped parsley (recipe says use fresh parsley)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 6 tbs olive oil

In a food processor, blend all ingredients.
