Best-ever Blueberry Muffins

- 1 egg or 2 egg whites
- 3/4 Cup milk
- 1/2 Cup oil
- 1/3 Cup sugar
<li> 2 1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
<li> 3/4 Teaspoon salt
<li> 1 3/4 Cup flour
<li> 1 Cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

Combine egg, milk and oil. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Fold in blueberries. Fill Pam'd muffin pans. Make at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Makes 12.
