Bean Dip

  • 1 lg can refried beans
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • shake garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup onions
  • 1 can olives, sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tomato, cubed

Mix beans and salsa together. Place in 8" square pan. Mix together avocados, yogurt, lemon juice, and a shake of garlic salt. Place on top of beans. Layer the remaining ingredients in the order they appear.

Refrigerate. Use immediately.
